By using the Alado.ai platform and engaging with the services of ALADO LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers, terms, and policies.

1. Medical Disclaimer

ALADO LLC is strictly a technology-driven logistics and coordination service provider. We are not a medical facility, hospital, or clinic, nor do we employ medical doctors, nurses, or licensed medical practitioners.

  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical consultations.
  • The content on our platform is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • All medical procedures, consultations, surgeries, and treatments are performed exclusively by independent, licensed healthcare professionals at third-party facilities.
  • ALADO LLC does not guarantee the success, safety, predictability, or outcome of any medical procedure. Clients are strongly encouraged to seek the advice of their personal physician or qualified health provider before making any decisions regarding international travel for medical purposes.

2. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services

ALADO LLC explicitly disclaims any and all legal liability for:

  • Medical malpractice, negligence, or errors committed by third-party healthcare providers.
  • The outcomes, complications, or side effects of any surgical or non-surgical procedures.
  • The errors, omissions, or service failures of third-party vendors, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transportation services, tour operators, and translation agencies.

Any claims, disputes, or grievances related to medical care must be directed strictly to the relevant independent healthcare professionals or medical facilities.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

ALADO LLC is committed to providing transparent and fair terms regarding payments, refunds, and dispute resolution for our logistical and coordination services.

3.1. Alado LLC Service Fees

  • Service Fees are Non-Refundable: Fees paid directly to ALADO LLC for logistics, AI-concierge services, itinerary planning, and coordination are generally non-refundable once the service execution has commenced, except as required by law or explicitly stated in a signed individual agreement.
  • Cancellation Prior to Travel: If a client cancels their engagement with our platform before we have finalized travel or medical bookings, a partial refund may be issued at ALADO LLC’s sole discretion, minus any administrative costs incurred.

3.2. Third-Party Vendor Fees

  • Medical and Clinic Fees: Deposits, consultation fees, or surgical fees paid directly to or passed through to third-party clinics or hospitals are subject strictly to the cancellation and refund policies of those specific medical institutions. ALADO LLC has no authority to mandate refunds from independent medical providers.
  • Travel and Accommodation Vendors: Payments made for flights, hotels, and local transport are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of the respective travel vendors. We will assist in communicating cancellation requests, but we are not responsible for securing refunds from third parties.

3.3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • Clients agree to communicate directly with ALADO LLC customer support to resolve any billing discrepancies or concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.
  • Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be aggressively disputed and may result in the immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover the disputed amounts and associated chargeback fees.

3.4. Force Majeure

ALADO LLC is not liable for service interruptions, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, flight cancellations, or civil unrest. In such events, standard refund policies of third-party vendors will apply.

By utilizing our platform to plan your medical travel, you formally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these disclaimers and policies in full.
