Welcome to Alado.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by ALADO LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy Policy.

1. Service Scope and Description

ALADO LLC operates as a technology-driven logistics and coordination platform designed to facilitate international medical and wellness journeys. Our services include, but are not limited to, travel logistics, clinical appointment scheduling, AI-assisted itinerary planning, and bilingual coordination. We do not provide healthcare, medical, or diagnostic services directly. We act strictly as a coordination intermediary connecting you with independent, third-party healthcare providers and travel vendors.

1.1 Preliminary Clinical Assessment (Medical Audits)

Certain services, such as the initial Dental Flight-Check, provide a “Preliminary Clinical Opinion” or “Consultation Report” based exclusively on the digital records and imaging (e.g., X-rays) submitted by you.

Not a Diagnosis: This preliminary assessment is provided for informational and logistical planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal medical diagnosis, nor is it a guaranteed treatment plan.
In-Person Requirement: A final clinical diagnosis and definitive treatment plan can only be established through an in-person physical examination by a licensed healthcare professional at the destination clinic.
Privacy and Data: By utilizing this service, you explicitly consent to the sharing of your medical records with Alado.ai and its partner institutions for the sole purpose of providing this preliminary assessment. All records are transmitted using end-to-end encryption, and personally identifiable information (PII) is removed before clinical review where required.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

ALADO LLC does NOT employ, partner with, or enter into joint ventures with hospitals, clinics, hotel providers, or transportation companies. All such entities are independent third-party contractors. ALADO LLC does not exercise control over the professional judgment, methods, or operations of these independent vendors. Your relationship with any third-party provider is governed strictly by the terms and conditions established by that provider.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. When creating an account or providing information to us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Client Responsibilities and Obligations

Accurate Information: Clients must provide true, accurate, and complete health, identity, and personal information required for the logistical coordination process.
Insurance: Clients are strongly advised and fundamentally responsible for securing their own comprehensive medical complication insurance, travel accident insurance, and trip cancellation insurance prior to their journey.
Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel documentation required by the destination country.

5. Limitation of Liability

ALADO LLC explicitly disclaims any legal liability for the negligence, breach of contract, or medical malpractice of any third-party providers (including but not limited to hospitals, clinics, hotels, airlines, and local transport operators).

ALADO LLC shall not be held responsible for the outcomes of surgical or non-surgical procedures, diagnostic accuracy, or clinical care standards.
Any medical claims or grievances must be directed strictly and exclusively to the independent, licensed healthcare professionals or facilities providing the medical care.
We do not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by third-party health or travel vendors.
In no event shall ALADO LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or services.

6. Force Majeure (Logistical Disruptions)

ALADO LLC is not liable for costs, damages, or losses resulting from logistical disruptions beyond our coordination control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Delays or denials in visa processing by sovereign governments.
Airline cancellations, schedule changes, or industrial actions (strikes).
Regulatory changes or border closures in destination countries.
Acts of God, war, or public health emergencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other materials available on the Alado.ai platform are the intellectual property of ALADO LLC or our licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its related systems.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any resolving disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach thereof, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Wyoming, USA.
